These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Night Syllabus Publications governing your access to and use of ebook.nightsyllabus.com and all digital products sold therein, including downloadable e-books on marital and sexual health education.
By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Age restriction & user eligibility
Strict age gate: This website and all its products are exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.
By using this site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
- You are accessing the content from a jurisdiction where such educational material on marital and sexual health is legally permissible.
- You will not allow any minor to access your purchased content.
We reserve the right to request age verification and revoke access for accounts that violate this clause without refund.
2. Nature of products & educational disclaimer
All e-books, articles, and supplementary materials provided by Night Syllabus Publications are for general educational and informational purposes only, designed to promote healthy discussions around marital intimacy and sexual wellness.

3. Meta Ads policy compliance
To comply with Meta’s Advertising Policies and protect our community, you agree that:
- We make no “before and after” claims or guarantees regarding sexual performance, physical enhancement, or relationship success.
- Testimonials displayed on our pages or ads are individual experiences and do not represent guaranteed results for all users.
- You will not use any content, review, or comment section on our site or social media to make explicit medical claims, share graphic sexual content, or promote unverified health remedies. Such content will be removed.
- Our marketing strictly uses educational wellness language as per Meta’s advertising policies.
4. Digital products, access & license
- Product format — All products are downloadable e-books (PDF/EPUB). No physical items are shipped.
- Delivery — Upon successful payment, your e-book download link will be sent instantly to your registered email address. Ensure your email is accurate at the time of purchase.
- License grant — Purchasing an e-book grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited actions — You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly distribute, upload to torrent sites, or create derivative works from our e-books. Violation constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate access termination and potential legal action under the Copyright Act 2000 (Bangladesh).
5. Payments, pricing & taxes
- Currency — All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT/Taxes as per Bangladeshi law, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment gateway — We accept payments through UddoktaPay, which supports bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Net Banking, and global card payments. To purchase, you only need to provide your name, email address, and phone number.
- Pricing errors — We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund issued.
6. Refund & satisfaction guarantee policy
Your satisfaction matters. We offer a simple and transparent refund policy for our digital educational content.
- How to request — Email hello@nightsyllabus.com with your order details and the reason for dissatisfaction within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Gateway charge deduction — Approved refunds will have UddoktaPay’s transaction fee deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Post-7-day requests — Refund requests received after 7 calendar days from the purchase date will not be eligible.
- Abuse prevention — We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of excessive or suspicious refund patterns.
This policy does not override your statutory rights under Bangladeshi consumer law, if applicable.
7. Intellectual property rights
All content, trademarks, logos, e-book text, graphics, and website design are the exclusive intellectual property of Night Syllabus Publications and are protected under Bangladesh’s Copyright Act 2000 (as amended) and international copyright treaties.
No ownership rights are transferred to you upon purchase. You receive only the limited personal license described in Section 4 above.
8. Access credentials & confidentiality
Any download link or credentials sent to you upon purchase are for your personal use only. You are responsible for keeping them confidential. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@nightsyllabus.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to revoke access if credentials are suspected of being shared or used for unauthorised redistribution.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Night Syllabus Publications and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our digital products — including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship issues, personal dissatisfaction, or any physical or psychological reactions — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Night Syllabus from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
- Your violation of any applicable Bangladeshi law or regulation.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We recommend checking every 30 days.

এই শর্তাবলী আপনার এবং নাইট সিলেবাস পাবলিকেশন্স-এর মধ্যে একটি আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা তৈরি করে। ওয়েবসাইট ebook.nightsyllabus.com ব্যবহার এবং এতে বিক্রিত বৈবাহিক ও যৌন স্বাস্থ্য শিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত ই-বুক ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য। সাইট ব্যবহার বা ক্রয় সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

- আপনি কোনো নাবালককে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা ক্রয়কৃত কন্টেন্ট অ্যাক্সেস করতে দেবেন না।
আমরা বয়স যাচাই করার অনুরোধ করার এবং এই ধারা লঙ্ঘনকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট রিফান্ড ছাড়াই স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
২. পণ্যের প্রকৃতি ও শিক্ষামূলক দাবিত্যাগ
চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ নয়: নাইট সিলেবাস-এর সকল ই-বুক শুধুমাত্র সাধারণ শিক্ষামূলক ও তথ্যমূলক উদ্দেশ্যে প্রদান করা হয়।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দাবিত্যাগ:
- আমাদের কন্টেন্ট কোনো রোগ নির্ণয়, চিকিৎসা, প্রেসক্রিপশন বা থেরাপি নয়।
- এটি কোনো যোগ্য চিকিৎসক, স্ত্রীরোগ বিশেষজ্ঞ, ইউরোলজিস্ট, মনোরোগ বিশেষজ্ঞ বা লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত সেক্স থেরাপিস্টের পেশাদার পরামর্শের বিকল্প নয়।
- যেকোনো স্বাস্থ্য বিষয়ক সিদ্ধান্তের আগে সর্বদা স্বাস্থ্যসেবা পেশাদারের পরামর্শ নিন।
- কৌশল প্রয়োগের ফলাফল ব্যক্তিভেদে ভিন্ন হয়। আমরা কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ফলাফলের নিশ্চয়তা দিই না।
৩. মেটা অ্যাডস নীতি মেনে চলা (নিষিদ্ধ দাবি)
মেটার বিজ্ঞাপন নীতির সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে:
- আমরা যৌন কর্মক্ষমতা বা শারীরিক উন্নতি নিয়ে কোনো “আগে-পরে” দাবি করি না।
- প্রশংসাপত্র ব্যক্তিগত অভিজ্ঞতা মাত্র, সব ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য নিশ্চিত ফলাফল নয়।
- আপনি আমাদের সাইট বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় কোনো চিকিৎসা সংক্রান্ত দাবি বা গ্রাফিক যৌন কন্টেন্ট পোস্ট করতে পারবেন না।
৪. ডিজিটাল পণ্য, অ্যাক্সেস ও লাইসেন্স
- ফরম্যাট: সকল পণ্যই ডিজিটাল (ডাউনলোডযোগ্য ই-বুক)। কোনো ভৌত পণ্য শিপিং করা হয় না।
- ডেলিভারি: সফল পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিতকরণের সাথে সাথেই আপনার নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল তাৎক্ষণিক অ্যাক্সেস লিংক প্রদান করা হবে।
- লাইসেন্স: ক্রয় আপনাকে শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত, অ-বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য একটি অ-এক্সক্লুসিভ, অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য লাইসেন্স প্রদান করে।
- নিষিদ্ধ কাজ: ই-বুক পুনঃবিক্রয়, বিতরণ, প্রকাশ্যে প্রদর্শন, টরেন্টে আপলোড বা ডেরিভেটিভ কাজ তৈরি করা কপিরাইট আইনের লঙ্ঘন এবং এর ফলে অ্যাক্সেস বাতিল ও আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
৫. পেমেন্ট, মূল্য ও কর
- মুদ্রা: সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) প্রদর্শিত এবং প্রযোজ্য ভ্যাট/কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
- পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে: আমরা UddoktaPay (শর্তাবলী দেখুন) এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি, যা বিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ, নেট ব্যাংকিং ও আন্তর্জাতিক কার্ড সাপোর্ট করে। পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রদানের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি উক্ত মাধ্যমটি ব্যবহারের অনুমতিপ্রাপ্ত।
- মূল্য ত্রুটি: ভুল মূল্যে অর্ডার বাতিল করে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেওয়ার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।
৬. রিফান্ড ও সন্তুষ্টি গ্যারান্টি নীতি
আপনার সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। আমরা আমাদের ডিজিটাল শিক্ষামূলক কন্টেন্টের জন্য একটি সহজ ও স্বচ্ছ রিফান্ড নীতি প্রদান করছি:
- ৭ দিনের সন্তুষ্টির সময়সীমা: আপনি যদি ক্রয়ের ৭ ক্যালেন্ডার দিনের মধ্যে ই-বুকে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে আপনার অর্ডারের বিস্তারিত ও অসন্তুষ্টির কারণ উল্লেখ করে hello@nightsyllabus.com-এ ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
- গেটওয়ে চার্জ কর্তন: অনুমোদিত রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে, মোট প্রদত্ত অর্থ থেকে UddoktaPay কর্তৃক আরোপিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ট্রানজ্যাকশন ফি কেটে রাখা হবে এবং অবশিষ্ট অর্থ আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
- প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়: অনুমোদনের পর রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হতে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে, যা আপনার ব্যাংক বা এমএফএস প্রদানকারীর উপর নির্ভরশীল।
৭ দিনের পরের অনুরোধ: ক্রয়ের ৭ ক্যালেন্ডার দিনের পরে প্রাপ্ত রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
অপব্যবহার প্রতিরোধ: অতিরিক্ত বা সন্দেহজনক রিফান্ড প্যাটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে (যেমন একই ব্যক্তি বারবার ভিন্ন কোর্স কিনে রিফান্ড নিচ্ছে) আমরা রিফান্ড প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
এই নীতি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত ভোক্তা আইনে প্রদত্ত আপনার সংবিধিবদ্ধ অধিকারকে সীমিত করে না।
৭. মেধাস্বত্ব
সকল কন্টেন্ট, লোগো, ভিডিও ও ই-বুক নাইট সিলেবাস-এর একচেটিয়া মেধাস্বত্ব এবং বাংলাদেশের কপিরাইট আইন ২০০০ ও আন্তর্জাতিক চুক্তি দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।
৮. ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট
আপনার লগইন তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার দায়িত্ব আপনার। একাধিক ব্যবহারকারীর মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট শেয়ারিং সন্দেহ হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করা হবে।
৯. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত, আমাদের ডিজিটাল পণ্য ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা বিশেষ ক্ষতির জন্য নাইট সিলেবাস দায়ী থাকবে না। আমাদের মোট দায় আপনার প্রদত্ত ক্রয়মূল্যের বেশি হবে না।
১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধ প্রথমে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে নিষ্পত্তির চেষ্টা করা হবে; ব্যর্থ হলে ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশের আদালতের একমাত্র এখতিয়ারভুক্ত হবে।
১১. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখি। আপডেটেড সংস্করণ এখানে পোস্ট করা হবে। নিয়মিত পর্যালোচনা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
