2. How we use your information

We process your data lawfully and transparently for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery — To process your order and deliver your purchased e-book download link instantly to your registered email address.
  • Communication — To send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, download links) and — with your explicit consent — educational newsletters or promotional offers related to marital wellness.
  • Meta Ads & retargeting — To show you relevant advertisements on Facebook and Instagram via the Meta Pixel. We strictly avoid using sensitive purchase-level data for custom audience creation in a way that violates Meta’s Special Ad Categories policies.
  • Legal compliance — To comply with applicable Bangladeshi laws, including the Digital Security Act (DSA) 2018 and the Data Protection Act (when enacted).
  • Fraud prevention — To detect and prevent unauthorised access, chargebacks, and distribution of pirated digital content.

3. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell your personal data. Sharing occurs only in the limited circumstances below.

  • Service providers — Trusted third parties including payment processor UddoktaPay (bKash, Rocket, Nagad, cards, net banking, global payments), email delivery platforms, cloud hosting services, and Meta (ad delivery). All providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.
  • Legal obligations — If required by Bangladeshi court orders, law enforcement agencies, or to defend our legal rights against claims of IP infringement or fraud.

  • ব্যবসা স্থানান্তর: নাইট সিলেবাস পাবলিকেশন্স-এর একীভূতকরণ বা বিক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে পূর্ব নোটিশ সাপেক্ষে।

৪. কুকি, পিক্সেল ও ট্র্যাকিং

  • নিরাপত্তা: SSL/TLS এনক্রিপশন, সুরক্ষিত সার্ভার, সীমাবদ্ধ অভ্যন্তরীণ অ্যাক্সেস ও নিয়মিত দুর্বলতা মূল্যায়ন। তবুও, ইন্টারনেটে তথ্য প্রেরণ ১০০% নিরাপদ নয়।

৬. নাবালকদের জন্য নীতি

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ও পণ্যসমূহ কেবলমাত্র ১৮ বছর বা তদূর্ধ্ব ব্যক্তিদের জন্য। আমরা জ্ঞাতসারে ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। জানতে পারলে তা অবিলম্বে মুছে ফেলা হবে এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করা হবে।
