Refund Policy

At Night Syllabus Publications, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our e-books and want you to feel confident in every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights, the process to request a refund, and the conditions that apply.
1. Our commitment
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee on all e-book purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date — no explanation required, no questions asked.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
- Your request must be sent to hello@nightsyllabus.com with your full name, phone number, and order details.
- The purchase must have been made directly through ebook.nightsyllabus.com via UddoktaPay.
- Refund requests made after 7 calendar days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. What is deducted
Night Syllabus Publications does not profit from refund deductions. When a refund is approved, UddoktaPay’s payment gateway transaction fee is deducted from the total amount you paid. The remaining balance is returned to your original payment method.
This deduction is imposed by the payment processor and is entirely outside our control.
4. Processing time
- We respond to your request within 2 business days.
- After approval, it depends on your bank or MFS provider.
- The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or mobile financial service provider — bKash, Rocket, Nagad, or your card/bank.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@nightsyllabus.com and include the following:
- Your full name as used at the time of purchase.
- Your phone number was used at the time of purchase.
- The name of the e-book you purchased.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
6. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is submitted after 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
- There is a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds across multiple titles, which we consider an abuse of our refund policy.
- The purchase was not made through our official website ebook.nightsyllabus.com
7. Age restriction
All purchases on Night Syllabus are restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. If it is found that a purchase was made by a minor, access will be terminated immediately and a full refund issued without any deduction.
8. Changes to this policy
Night Syllabus reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
We recommend reviewing this policy every 30 days. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
